Ponce de Leon’s Chili Chego is a semi-soft milk cheese from Spain that is infused with red chili.  It is made using cow, sheep, and goat’s milk, and has a striking red veining color.  The infusion of chili ensures that every bite has a spicy kick.  It is a great table cheese with dinner, and is perfect for serving along side fresh baked bread, cured meats, and fresh fruits.
