We’re not just chive-talkin you here…this cheese is intense! Cotswold is creamy Double Gloucester laced with onion and chives. This would be classic pub fare, served with crisps and a cool pint of ale, but we’ve found it great in the kitchen, too. Use it for an omelette, grilled sandwich, or cheeseburger. Founded in 1911 by a cooperative of a dozen farmers, Long Clawson Diary produces traditional cheeses from the milk of 40 farms.
