We ship seedlings out on Monday and Tuesday via FedEx. All seedlings will arrive within 2-3 days to ensure freshness.

Orders shipped within the state of Florida are shipped via FedEx Ground, and will arrive within 1-2 days.

Orders shipped outside the state of Florida are shipped via FedEx and will arrive within 2-3 days.

Immediately remove the tray from the box.

CAREFULLY push each seedling up and out of the tray from the bottom.

DO NOT handle the seedlings by grasping the foliage or stems.

During the warm season, plant your seedlings in the evening to minimize stress.

If seedlings don’t arrive in healthy condition, shoot us an email with photos within two calendar days of delivery. We’ll send replacements or give you a full refund if your seedlings arrive unhealthy or damaged.
