A former executive at King Provision Corp., Tracey's greatest passions are growing fresh food and building a better community.
An entrepreneur at heart, Tracey loves to connect people, opportunities and ideas. She realized the need for community food resources while working with The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida as a trustee.
Her vision for ABUF was to build a commercially scaled farm that demonstrated alternative approaches and provided a platform to host collaborations with partners across the region.
She is pictured here with her son, Cole Westbrook (who doubles as our IT Manager). It's all in the farmily!

We met farmer J.R during his career in construction. He arrived at the farm and masterfully transformed our farm kitchen into the gorgeous event space it is today. Charmed by his work ethic and charisma, we snatched him up as a much-needed member of our farm team and farmily.
J.R. has always been interested in growing and cultivating plants and became an excellent farmer with little training. He is leading the charge in farm innovation, always researching how we can diversify our locally grown offerings.

Juana Mustelier
Juana’s passion for food and skill in the kitchen have shaped her career. Before joining our farm-ily, Juana cooked in restaurants and as a chef in private homes.
Juana and our owner, Tracey, were like family before ABUF was a twinkle in Tracey’s eye. So, when the farm opened, it was a no-brainer that Juana would bring her culinary expertise to ABUF.
Now, an Urban Farmer and Jack-of-all-trades, you can find Juana creating new dishes in the kitchen, harvesting and seeding in the greenhouse, working at events and at our Farm Market.
A Jacksonville, Florida local of 22 years, when she’s not at work, Juana’s priority is spending time with family. A proud mother and grandmother, she shows her love by nourishing her favorite people with delicious meals.
