Our “living lettuce” is sold with roots intact, which guarantees mouth-watering flavor and crave-worthy crunch for a couple of weeks after purchase. Plus, our aeroponic lettuce is grown in towers with water and nutrients, but no dirt! It’s ready to eat, no washing required.

Preparation: Your lettuce will stay fresh in the fridge for up to two weeks, even after you make a salad or sandwich. Just pick off the leaves you want to use and leave the remaining lettuce on the root to enjoy later.
